F.A.Q.’s

What exactly is ChatsOnDemand (COD)?

COD was created for Small Business Owners, Service Based Entrepreneurs, and Solo Practitioners. It provides a place where a topic/problem/question can be addressed, discussed, and/or solved. It is not meant to replace 1:1 long term coaching. Rather COD was created for that  business question/problem that can be answered with coaching in 30 minutes.

Who is COD for?

If you are a Small Business Owner, a Service Based Entrepreneur, or a Solo Practitioner COD is for you! It does not matter if you have an online business or a brick-and-mortar business COD is for you!

What are the benefits of COD?

• No contract.

• Personalized focus on your situation (It’s all about you!)

• You get me! I have extensive experience in small businesses.

• Ease of use.

• Many times same day appointment.

• Can schedule appointments up to 8 weeks in advance.

Is 30 minutes enough time?

Yes. 30 minutes provides us with ample time to address your situation and create a plan of action. If you think you will need more than the 30 minutes, you can book two (2) 30 minute sessions. (You’ll just have to do the transaction twice.)

How often can I use COD?

You can use COD as often as you feel necessary. However, if you find yourself using COD on a weekly basis, you may want to consider moving to a 1:1 coaching program. Click here for more information on my 1:1 coaching program.

How do I book an appointment?

It really is as easy as 1-2-3! You simply pay for your session, find a time that works for you, and then schedule the time. Be sure to answer the question to let me know what you want coaching around. That is it! Once you complete the transaction, I receive an email letting me know your appointment has been scheduled.

How much does it cost?

What value do *you* place on the coaching? I ask you this because the beautiful thing about COD is that YOU get to determine the value. Really!

What if I want 1:1 coaching?

Excellent! I do provide 1:1 coaching. Please click here for further information
